Cube Steak is one of Cody's favorite! Cube Steak (yes, it's shaped like a little cube) is from the round primal of the beef. It's thinly cut and tenderized to make it a versatile steak. Also, known as Minute Steak because it cooks so quickly -- Cody loves to throw it in the skillet, with some flour and seasoning for a quick and easy "fried steak" feel. Jim (Tamar's Dad) likes to season it up and throw it on the grill.
